We collect only the information needed to plan safe and welcoming gatherings and support Guild participation.
Member portal
Verified registered participants use a private portal to manage their account, RSVPs, dues, and Guild discussions. Access is controlled by individual account permissions.
How information is used
Guild information supports event planning, membership records, safety needs, payment records, and Guild administration. We do not sell personal information.
When information is shared
We share personal information only when needed to run a Guild activity, comply with law, protect people and property, or with permission. The public directory never includes private contact details.
Private records
Paper records may be scanned into protected Guild storage for authorized access. Medical release and emergency contact records receive additional access controls and audit logging.
Your choices
Signed-in participants may review their private information and request corrections. Some records must be retained for safety, legal, or recordkeeping responsibilities.
